AI transparency­notice

We use artificial intelligence systems for some of the imagery on this website. So that you can always tell what you are looking at, we label this content — regardless of whether there is a legal obligation to do so in individual cases.

Labelling of AI-generated images

Every artificially generated image features the label „AI-generated“ in the bottom right corner. In addition, the image's alt text contains the same label, so it can be read aloud by screen readers and crawled by search engines.

For very small displays — such as preview thumbnails under around 100 pixels in edge length — an overlaid notice would be larger than the image itself and thus unreadable. There, only the alternative text carries the label; the notice in the footer of every page applies additionally.

Where we use AI images

• Illustrative zone and body representations on the treatment and free zone pages
• Mood and background motifs as well as individual location visuals in campaigns
• Graphic compositions for landing pages and ads

What are not AI images

Unlabelled images are photographs. These include in particular:

• Team and staff photos — real photos of our team members
• Studio and salon photos — real photos of our locations in Berlin, München and Augsburg
• Treatment photos — real shots from our studios
• Device and product images from the manufacturers (incl. Lutronic Clarity II, DEKA)
• Licensed stock photography as well as shots of real locations

Manual photo editing (cropping, colour and brightness correction, retouching, clipping) is not AI generation and is therefore not labelled as such.

Informative value of the images

AI-generated images are strictly for illustrative purposes. They do not show real clients or actual treatment­results, nor do they constitute a guarantee of a specific outcome. Treatment success depends on skin type, hair colour, hormone levels, and other individual factors.

Texts

Editorial texts on this website may be created using AI-supported tools. All published content is editorially reviewed prior to publication; responsibility for the content lies with the provider (see Legal Notice).

Interaction with AI systems

We don't use AI chatbots or AI-assisted consultation tools on this website. Forms, booking processes and evaluations are rule-based. If we ever offer AI-assisted interaction in the future, we will clearly point this out before you use it.

No biometric AI processes

We don't use AI for biometric identification, emotion recognition, or automated categorisation of people. Photos you send us during a consultation won't be used to train AI models.

Human responsibility

All content is selected, approved and published by humans. AI tools are used to draft images and texts, but they do not replace medical or cosmetic advice.

Questions & information

If you find an image that you think is incorrectly labelled or not labelled at all, please write to us at [email protected]. We check every report and correct the labelling immediately.

Legal framework

This notice implements the transparency­obligations under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, which apply from 2 August 2026. In addition, our T&Cs and our privacy­policy apply.
