Yes — shaving is explicitly allowed and recommended. You must strictly avoid waxing, epilating, plucking or hair removal cream: the hair root needs to stay intact for the laser. Details in the aftercare FAQ.

Yes — with the Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) we treat dark skin safely, without pigmentation changes. Alexandrit remains too risky for types V–VI. All safety aspects in the FAQ skin types.
