Scope of application: The services provided fall under the ordinance on protection against the harmful effects of non-ionising radiation when used on humans (NiSV) in conjunction with § 5 para. 2 NiSG. Our staff has the legally required expertise according to § 5 NiSV (module "optical radiation for hair removal").

Footnote ¹ — "permanent hair removal"

In the context of our advertising, the term "permanent" refers to a long-term reduction in hair growth. Laser hair removal specifically reduces hair growth by targeted destruction of the hair follicles. A 100 % lifelong removal of all hair cannot be scientifically guaranteed; individual results vary depending on skin and hair type, hormone status, age, medication, and lifestyle. Occasional top-up sessions may be necessary to maintain the result long-term. This complies with the ruling of the OLG Düsseldorf regarding the use of the term "permanent" in advertising for laser hair removal.
