Yes — especially for hormonally induced hair growth, the medical Alexandrit laser is the method of choice. Since new hormone surges can trigger new hair growth, top-up sessions might be necessary.
For the face, you usually need 8–12 sessions at intervals of 4 weeks, as facial hair grows in shorter cycles than body hair.
With professional treatment by NiSV-certified staff, side effects are very rare. Possible short-term reactions: slight redness, swelling around the hair follicles (perifolliculitis) — these subside within a few hours.
Better to wait 24 hours. Your skin is slightly irritated and more sensitive — give it a rest and cool it down with aloe vera.
