Hamburg is getting a Laserazor studio in 2026
Same technology, same prices, same process as in our five existing studios: Class IIb Alexandrit and Nd:YAG lasers, a NiSV-trained team, and a free trial session for one complete zone. The studio is being built on Poststraße in Neustadt; we'll announce the house number and opening day as soon as they're confirmed. Why Hamburg
We've been treating clients in Berlin since 2019, and in München and Augsburg for a few years now. During this time, one question kept coming up – in the studio, via E-Mail, and in our reviews: When are you coming to Hamburg? Many of our clients commute between Berlin and Hamburg for work, while others have moved and continued using their packages with us, travelling by train. That was the clearest sign for us that the Hanseatic city deserves its own studio.
Then there's the market itself. With nearly two million residents, Hamburg is Germany's second-largest city. So far, laser hair removal here is mostly offered in small beauty salons or using IPL devices. Studios with Class IIb medical lasers, fixed prices, and a team that can prove their expertise according to the NiSV radiation protection ordinance are much rarer. That's exactly what we're bringing to the table.
What the studio in Hamburg offers
We're taking the concept exactly as it is from our existing studios because it works. In Hamburg, you can expect:
- Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, the current top model from the global market leader: Alexandrit 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm in one device, purchase price around 149.000 €.
- Cryogen cooling (Dynamic Cooling Device), which cools the skin milliseconds before each pulse. This makes the treatment comfortable even on sensitive areas.
- All 17 body zones, from the upper lip, underarms, bikini line, and intimate area to legs, backs, and full-body packages. The zone overview also applies to Hamburg.
- Treatment rooms with natural light, air-conditioned and set up so that even a full-body appointment is comfortable.
- Central location on Poststraße, Hamburg-Neustadt, a three-minute walk from Jungfernstieg. We'll reveal the house number when we open.
- Opening hours from Monday to Saturday, with early and late appointments for working professionals. The studio is closed on Sundays.
The technology in detail
The Alexandrit laser works at 755 nanometres. This wavelength is absorbed incredibly well by the melanin in the hair, making it the top choice for light to medium skin types with dark hair. The Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nanometres penetrates deeper into the skin and is absorbed less by skin pigment. This allows us to safely treat dark and tanned skin types. Our team decides which wavelength and energy to use after checking your skin type at the start of every treatment. The device: Candela GentleMax Pro Plus
For Hamburg, we've chosen the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus, the current top model in the Gentle series, with which Candela has led the laser hair removal market for over 20 years. Over 20.000 Gentle systems are in use worldwide across more than 89 countries. One device costs around 149.000 € to purchase.
- Two lasers in one: Alexandrit 755 nm and Nd:YAG 1064 nm, with up to 68 and 90 joules per pulse respectively.
- Pulse duration 0,25 to 100 milliseconds: the short 2-ms pulses catch even fine residual hairs that older devices miss.
- Spot sizes 1,5 to 26 mm: the GLX handpiece covers 12 to 26 mm in a single applicator. This makes treating large areas like legs or the back significantly faster.
- Up to 10 pulses per second: shorter appointments with the same thoroughness.
- Dynamic Cooling Device: a burst of cryogen spray milliseconds before each pulse protects the epidermis. This allows for higher energies with less pain than air or contact cooling.
- Approvals: medical device, CE, FDA, and TGA approved for permanent hair reduction on all skin types, as well as for pigment and vascular lesions.
Prices and free trial session
Prices in Hamburg match our nationwide price list. You can book single sessions with no strings attached, while packages of three, five or ten sessions significantly reduce the price per treatment and are valid for 24 months. Any sessions you buy are valid in all Laserazor studios, which includes Hamburg once it opens. Just like in all our studios, every client begins with a free trial session: a skin type check, consultation and one complete zone completely free, with no obligation to buy. Only then do you decide if and which package you'd like to book. Trial sessions will be limited for the Hamburg opening, so it's definitely worth pre-registering.

The timeline
The opening is planned for 2026. The location is set: Poststraße in the Hamburger Neustadt, between Jungfernstieg and Gänsemarkt, just a few minutes away by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. We'll announce the exact street number closer to the opening. We're currently planning the layout of the rooms. After that comes the renovation, installing the equipment, and training the team – who, as always with us, are specialists with NiSV qualifications. As soon as the opening date is confirmed, you'll find it on the location page, here in the guide, and via E-Mail if you've pre-registered. We'll open the calendar to everyone on the pre-registration list a day before it goes public.
